             Anger, Aggression and Accountability  

Amongst the proudest work of Dr. Mikayla is her Anger, Aggression and Accountably Series of Products that has been utilized in Conducting Anger Management Classes for Teens in Juvenile Court, High Schools and in community center throughout the City of Atlanta and Fulton and Dekalb Counties in Georgia.

These are great for use in a class room setting or parent get one of each and learn how to discuss anger issues with your child.      

Learning Manual- contains ten lessons which deals with issues of: the different ways that anger can be mis-managed. peer pressure, negative self-talk, dealing with feelings of abandonment. sexual abuse and learning to express feelings appropriately.  Great for use with 10 week session programs. Chose from the Activity Manual or the Play and Discussion Book for re-enforcement of lessons learned. 

Activity Manual - this manual contains activities for each of the lessons in the AAA series. Activities contains written work, acting activities, or classroom participation exercises.  Activities are design to encourage positive expression and as well as supportive team work.  Each session has a review page to re-enforce prior classes.  This supporting material is great for a beginner Instructor or for Instructor that like concrete answers.

Play and Discussion Book.  This 10 act play corresponds to the Sessions in the Learning Manual.  Students are able to act out the play which has discussion point at the end of each Act.  The discussion points allows students to reflect back on lesson taught to gain realistic understanding of what was taught. Great for Instructors or Counselors that prefer creating a environment where students can talk about what going on in their lives rather than doing written assignment. This is supportive material for the seasoned professional comfortable with counseling or for the instructor leading a class where high participation is expected.
