Getting to the truth and living the truth is
paramount if you are ever to break free of the patterns
that leads to strained relationships, self doubt and
feelings void of connectedness. 
Often in my classes the subject of living the truth
comes up. I reiterate time and time again that it
is one of the first steps we much take in facing and
changes things in our lives. I think Dr. Phil
calls it "Getting Real:". Well we are
about to really get real about our lives and the lies
that we live. No more praying to the skies to protect
the lies we don't want to face.
This is the appointed time to start the healing process.
To live fully in your truth is to:
- live in such a way that relationships will heal
and become stronger
- live in such a way that relationships that no
longer serve a good purpose in your life will begin
to move out of your experience.
- live in such a way that your relationship with
yourself will be enriched because you trust and
believe in yourself again.
- learn to "pull the weeds" of your self
defeating thoughts.
- feel a greater sense of peace and
relaxation.
In this workshop you will be learn through written exercises
to express some of your current beliefs. Together
we will shift through them and identify the ones that
may be self sabotaging. I will then should you how to
move them out of your experience if you so chose
to.
There will be no sales at the door. All
payments must be made in advance.

Consultations hail from many stations in life
and they come for many reasons. Some need
to be heard and need a trusted sounding board, some
come to gain more perspective on issues in their life,
some desiring greater spiritual understanding and
still others come because they have lost
direction. However, if I were to sum it up, I
would say that they come to learn to realize more of
their full potential.
We all have things going on in our lives, we all
find ourselves caught in patterns that no longer
serve us. Yet we find that we
don't have the tools necessary to change or
fix the issue. You can not solve a problem on
the same level of consciousness on which you created
it. Sometimes we are too close to
see what another trained eye could see easily.
These consultations are right for you if you seek
greater understanding, awareness, peace and more
harmonious relationships.
Counseling or consultations may be conducted over
the phone or through email correspondence.
Please pay for the designed number of session and
call the office to schedule your
appointment.
Please plan to schedule 1 pm to 8 pm on Tuesdays
and Thursdays and 6 AM to 12 noon on Fridays and
Saturdays.
